Clean, thoughtful coffee is the focus at Best Coffee, founded by owner Marley Abeyta after more than a decade in the coffee industry. Best Coffee partners with respected local roasters, including Carnelian Coffee and Nossa Família Coffee, highlighting responsibly sourced beans and carefully developed flavor profiles. With an emphasis on quality, consistency, and hospitality, Best Coffee offers a welcoming neighborhood experience where well-sourced coffee and good conversations come together at Portland Food Hall.

MOOSUBI & SHAVED ICE

Crispy, savory, and boldly creative musubi takes center stage at Moosubi & Shave Ice. From the fan-favorite deep-fried spam musubi to inventive flavors like seared unagi and matcha lavender shrimp tempura, each bite reimagines a classic island snack. Founded in 2025 by chef and owner Jazz, the concept is rooted in her upbringing in Pa‘auilo on Hawai‘i Island and inspired by the Hamakua region. Paired with refreshing shave ice, Moosubi blends comfort, creativity, and island tradition. We’re excited to welcome Moosubi & Shave Ice to its first brick-and-mortar home at Portland Food Hall.

MILK + T

Creamy, refreshing, and thoughtfully made, MILK+T is a boba bar focused on high-quality tea, real fruit, and a welcoming community vibe. Established in 2015, MILK+T built its reputation on carefully sourced ingredients and playful specialties like SipNDips, a signature combo of bubble tea and ice cream. The shop also embraces sustainability, offering reusable glass jars with a discount for returning customers. In 2025, MILK+T entered a new chapter under owner Jean-Luc T., who describes the business as Black-owned and Asian-mentored, honoring the culture that introduced bubble tea to the world. Today, MILK+T remains committed to great drinks, inclusive energy, and being a safe, friendly space for everyone.

KIZUKI BAR

Affordable drinks and laid-back energy define the bar section of Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya at Portland Food Hall. Featuring a solid lineup of cocktails, spirits, sake, and beer at notably budget-friendly prices, the bar is designed to be an easygoing spot for casual drinks before or after a meal.
